Ducks Unlimited dinner/auction in Clyde
The event is one of the area's primary fundraisers for the work of the International Ducks Unlimited organization which, during its more than 60-year history, has generated millions of dollars to benefit wildlife. As in the past, sports people, outdoor lovers, and connoisseurs of fine art will gather for the evening, which will begin with hors d'oeuvres and a social hour, followed by a prime rib dinner. The evening ends with an auction/raffle featuring such things as the framed, ready-to-hang works of famous outdoor artists such as Bateman, Redlin and Sarnhouse; valuable hunting firearms; and outdoor-related items. Dinner cost is $30 with a $25 DU membership required for one spouse attending. A special raffle package is available for $100. This gets you into every raffle (which would cost you 200.) Visa and Master Card may be used to attend the dinner and pay for items bought at the auction.
