Parker's readies to open in Newark

Pete Mitchell of Geneva has purchased the former J.C. Penney building, South Main St., Newark (most recently the home of Looking Good) and is preparing it to house a restaurant similar to his Geneva location, Parker's Grill.

Here, the front window glass is being replaced.

Watch for Parker's to open in June.
