Marion seniors will meet
The Marion Senior Citizens will meet Tuesday, August 27. The program will feature a showing of antique and other clocks and a talk by Ruth Townson. Ruth and her husband Ted are owners and operators of the TT Clock Shop. They specialize in restorations and repair of antique clocks and watches. The shop is celebrating 25 years of service this year and was formerly located in Newark, and moved to their new log cabin in the hamlet of Dublin (outside Lyons) several years ago.
The Senior Citizens meet at noon for a potluck dinner at the Fire Hall on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays. Visitors are welcome anytime.
We would especially like you to join us for this special meeting on August 27. Bring table service and a dish to pass. Coffee is provided.
