Teachers' Tea at County Museum

The Wayne County Historical Society is hosting a Teachers' Tea at the Old Jail Museum on 21 Butternut St., Lyons tomorrow (Tuesday, August 27) from 1-3 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is to familiarize Wayne County teachers and principals with the programs, tours, and publications the Society is making available to the area schools for the year 2002/2003 school year. Teachers of all grades are welcome, but the programs dealing with local history are most relevant to fourth, fifth, and seventh grade teachers.
