The youth group at the United Methodist church, sponsored their annual 'Souper Bowl of Caring' on February 3. Following the worship service, the congregation was asked to donate a dollar and a canned good which will be donated to the Marion Food Pantry.

Boy Scout Sunday is February 10.

Reminder: The United Church, 'Chicken and Biscuit Dinner' will be Monday, March 4.

Dear friends in DeWitt: I have indexed the two Legion baseball cookbooks. Call me if you'd like one. It makes it so much easier to locate your favorite recipes!

Nancy Nevelizer is recuperating at home following a hospital stay.

Marion American Legion roast beef supper on Witherden Rd., is today, February 8. If you've been, I don't have to tell you how good it is!

Thanks! To all who participated in the Red Cross Talent Show and Congratulations, to the chosen winners. Third place - Ben Fino-Radin, second place was Alex McCloskey, Christi Brian, Shawn Cummings and Austin Handfield; placing first were Katie Leeuwen and Krystal Hawkins.

Happy Birthday to Dan Filibert on February 9 and to Stanley Lincoln-Bushart on February 12.
