Lenten lunches in Newark

The 2002 Lenten Lunch Program, sponsored by Together-In-Christ in Newark, starts this Friday, Feb. 15.

Lunch is noon to 1 and costs $3.50 per person; childcare provided. (Late arrivals are welcome).

February 15 lunch is at St. Michael Roman Catholic, with speaker Rev. Tim Johnson, from Park Presbyterian;

February 22 at Arcadia Reformed, speaker Rev. Dan Benedict, First Baptist;

March 1 at St. Mark's Episcopal (Emmanuel Methodist and St. Mark's serving), speaker Rev. John Watkins, Chaplain, ViaHealth;

March 8 at Park Presbyterian Church, speaker Rev. Bill Crowder, Arcadia Reformed;

March 15 at Park Presbyterian (Baptists and Lutherans serving), speaker Rev. Bill Mugnolo, Redeemer Lutheran;

March 22 at First United Methodist, speaker Father Peter Clifford, St. Michael's Catholic.
