Dinner Dogs at Lyons Library this week The Lyons Public Library will present the musical trio, 'The Dinner Dogs' this Friday (August 2) at 10 a.m.. as part of the 'Splish Splash Read' summer program. The Dinner Dogs have been performing in Rochester and the surrounding area since 1993 and have also traveled from Las Vegas to Tampa. The trio's performance features songs from recordings, 'Meet the Dinner Dogs' and 'Guess What?' Their music mixes zydeco, rock, country, and rhythm and blues, which makes even the most familiar songs, seem brand new. The performance will involve lots of audience participation and interaction. The public is invited to come, and join the fun as the Dinner Dogs present hot tunes for cool kids. This program is paid for by the Friends of the Lyons Public Library.
