Arcadia Historical Society meets June 5

The Arcadia Historical Society will meet on June 5, at 7:30 p.m., at the Arcadia Historical Museum, 120 High St., Newark.

Guest speaker Carl Flint of Ontario will talk about his specialty - antique toys. Carl's talk is titled 'The Henry Ford of Toys: Louis Marx.' His presentation will be accompanied by a display and demonstration of Marx toys from his collection.

Guests are welcome. Refreshments will be served. The exhibit rooms will be open before and after the meeting.

The Arcadia Museum is open every Saturday from 1-3 p.m., and always by appointment for groups, families and individuals. High School Reunions and other groups are invited to tour the museum. Please call for information 331.6409.

Watch for details of the Museum's Open House next weekend, during Newarkfest.
