Strawberry Social at Arcadia Museum

The Arcadia Historical Society's 8th Annual Old-Fashioned Strawberry Social will be held at a NEW PLACE AND DATE for this year only.

The event will be held Saturday, June 22, from noon to 4 p.m., on the lawn of the Arcadia Historical Museum, 120 High St., Newark (across from library). Live music will be performed by Avante Garde String Quartet. The museum will be open.

All proceeds benefit the Arcadia Historical Society & Museum. Strawberry and vanilla ice cream shortcakes will be served, along with beverages.

The 9th Annual event will return to the Marbletown Schoolhouse in 2003. Work on the grounds of the schoolhouse necessitated a move to the Arcadia Museum this year.
