Last call for Fairville fish
cooking fish

Each Friday during Lent, the Fairville Volunteer fire Department hosts Fish dinners.

This year, one evening's dinners topped 1300!

Your waiters offer you a choice of haddock, served fried and battered or baked with lemon juice. You may eat-in or take-out. The dinner is accompanied with baked potato, cole slaw, applesauce, roll, pickles, lemon, tartar sauce and ice cream. (For those who wish to eat at the hall, you also receive a drink, celery and carrots.)

If you have not been to one of these dinners, this Friday is the last one of the season.

The Fairville Fire Hall is on Route 88 between Newark and Sodus. Serving starts at 4 p.m.
