PAWS campaign helps Humane Society

Today begins the PAWS for A Cause campaign to benefit the Humane Society of Wayne County.

PAWS for a Cause is a county-wide fund raising event to benefit the shelter. For a donation of just $1 an individual will receive a 'PAW' (a paw print on a piece of paper) on which they can designate any name or pet name of their choice. PAWS will be available for purchase at the shelter and at a variety of businesses and locations throughout Wayne County such as veterinary clinics and grocery stores.

The PAWS will be displayed at the shelter or where they are purchased. All donations will go towards the care of our animals at the shelter.
