A presentation of County architecture Wayne County Architecture will be the topic of this Wednesday's session of History at Noon at the Old Jail Museum at 21 Butternut St., Lyons. The speaker for the free presentation that begins at 12:20 will be Museum Director Andrea Evangelist. The slide presentation will acquaint you with the prominent architectural styles of the past that can be found in your communities and give them some general guidelines to help identify the styles. Hopefully, by familiarizing audience members with these styles, they will begin to look analytically at buildings and see the aesthetic value. Participants may bring a lunch; coffee and cookies will be provided by Zappia Vending Service and the Wayne County Historical Society. To make reservations, call 946.4943, Tuesday- Friday, from 10 to 4.
