'Book Chat' in Lyons

The next meeting of the 'Book Chat' discussion group will take place Tuesday, December 3 at 6:30 p.m. at the Lyons Public Library.

The group will discuss A Yellow Raft in Blue Water by Michael Dorris. The book, which is a saga of three generations of Native American women bound together by both kinship and hardship, was Dorris's debut novel. Dorris has also written The Broken Cord, Working Men, Morning Girl and Guests. He also co-authored The Crown of Columbus with Louise Erdrich.
