Humane Society Dinner and White Elephant

Plan on attending the Humane Society Pasta Dinner and White Elephant Sale on Saturday, Oct. 19 at the Palmyra Fire Hall.

The sale will take place from noon to 7; the ALL YOU CAN EAT pasta (with or without meat), salad, Italian bread, beverage and special desserts (prepared by the HSWC Board of Directors, members and friends) will be served from 4 to 7. Eat there or take out.

Tickets are on sale NOW, at the shelter, from any Board Member, and at the door. $6 for adults and $3 for children under 12.

If you are interested in donating a dessert, you can drop it off at the Fire Hall or call Carol or Marge to arrange for a pick-up.

WANTED: small clean items for a White Elephant Sale to be held October 19. Needed are knick-knacks, stuffed animals, glassware (no plastic please), books, puzzles, videos, CDs, Christmas decorations, and jewelry.

Leave donations at the Shelter or call Andrea Meyer at 986.1287. Please NO bulky items such as furniture and lamps, and no clothing.
