Gather at St. Michael's this evening

There will be an ecumenical service tonight to commemorate the lives lost during last year's horrific attacks.

The prayer service will begin at 7:30 p.m. at St. Michael's Church, 401 S. Main St. Newark. All Newark clergy have been invited to participate, as well as the fire, police and ambulance departments.

This evening prayer will be a time for all to reflect not only on the enourmous losses we have suffered as a nation, but also on how the qualities of trust, peace and hope can sustain us in times of great sorrow. Please join your friends and neighbors as we worship together, united in our effort to allow God to help us in the healing process.
