Arcadia Museum to change exhibits

Saturday, April 5 is the last day of the Arcadia Historical Museum's exhibit, 'Cartons, Couches, Canneries & Tinware: The Diversity of Manufacturing in Newark, N.Y.'

The museum is open from 1 to 3.

Artifacts from Bloomer Bros., Comstock Canneries, Edgett-Burnham Co., Hallagan Manufacturing Co., Perfection Canning Co. and Reed Manufacturing Co., including photographs, are on display.

The next special exhibits are 'Arcadia Advertising Items' and 'The Social Life.'

The Arcadia Historical Museum is interested in acquiring mannequins and/or dressmaker forms for the next exhibit. Call 331.6409 if you are able to help.
