Training in Newark's new firetruck

This photo shows the reach of the Newark Fire Dept.'s new 100-foot aerial platform (Tower 4) truck. The training is at the seven-story High Rise, of the Newark Housing Authority on East Miller Street. The truck is to be placed in service after more operators are fully trained, as per directions from Fire Chief Doug Velte.
