Special farm market this Friday

The Newark Hospital Adult Day Care program is having a Farm Market Friday morning - behind the hospital.

From 10 -11:30 a.m. the public is invited to attend. Also, donations of fresh garden vegetables are welcome. Donations are being accepted on Wednesday and Thursday, August 27 and 28.

The event will feature the sale of a variety of local fresh produce and home-baked goods. Also, local 4-H groups will show off their animals including dogs, chickens and rabbits. Face painting will be available for the kids and young at heart.
