Newark-Wayne donates proceeds
Newark-Wayne Community Hospital Adult Day Care participants recently donated the proceeds from their on-going 'penny fund' to East Palmyra Christian Schools Band.
Pictured (right sitting) is Mary DeSain, of Lyons, and Frank Urbanik (sitting front), of Ontario, making the presentation of $15 to Kathy Cornwell from East Palmyra Christian School. Participants in the program have made similar donations to the Wayne County Humane Society, the Newark Public Library and to the American Red Cross in the last year. The program also recently hosted the Newark High School Choir and Lincoln School Pre-school.
