CPR/AED training

Wayne County Chapter is offering an Adult CPR/Automated External Defibrillator class on Tuesday, January 6 from 9 to 12:30.

The class will be held at 165 East Union Street in Newark.

Class size is limited. To register call 331.3783.

The purpose of the Adult CPR/AED course is to give individuals the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care for breathing emergencies, perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), and use an automated external defibrillator(AED) for victims of sudden cardiac arrest.

Individuals who pass this training will receive a certification valid for one year.
