Photo scrapbook workshop Thursday

If you have allowed your photographs to pile up, unsorted and un-labeled, for much too long, this is your chance to remedy the situation.

At the Wayne Co. Museum in Lyons, this Thursday, February 20 at 7 p.m., Meyrick Peterson will help you choose, crop and lay out scrapbook pages. The materials used in the class are archival, so that your photographs will be preserved, protected and presented in a format that will allow you to enjoy them.

The cost is $10, which includes all materials used to create the page. Participants bring six to eight photographs and leave with a completed page and the knowledge to continue creating a family treasure from all those photographs.

The class will take place at the museum, 21 Butternut Street, Lyons. Seating is limited, so pre-registration is required. Call 946.4943.
