Humane Society membership drive

The Humane Society of Wayne County is having its membership drive in January and February. Memberships are financially important to the shelter. Yearly membership fees cover much of the shelter's overhead costs.

Your membership is good for one calendar year and will expire Dec., 31, 2003. You become a partner in the care of the unwanted and abused animals of Wayne County. Your membership dues will assist us to alleviate the suffering of these animals. Your money will give an abused and/or neglected animal a second chance at finding a loving home.

As a member of the Humane Society of Wayne County you will receive our newsletter, which is published four times a year. You are invited to attend Board of Director meetings.

Membership forms are available online, at most veterinary offices in Wayne County, and at the Shelter. To have a form mailed to you call 946.3389.
