Historical Society plans dinner dance

Dust off your dancing shoes, grab a partner, help a worthy cause and come to the Wayne County Historical Society's Starlight Dinner Dance on Saturday, February 8 at the Newark Country Club.

The event will feature a sit-down dinner with choices of prime rib, grilled salmon, or chicken cordon bleu. After dinner, guests will have the opportunity to bid on a wide variety of themed baskets filled with attractive and useful items that have been donated to WCHS, such as Finger Lakes wines and gift certificates from Wayne County restaurants and businesses, and dance to the sounds of Special Blend, a popular Rochester dance band.

Everyone is welcome. Tickets are $50 single; $100 couple, or $400 corporate which includes eight tickets and mention in the evening's program. Tables can be reserved for parties of six or more.
