Attn: Ice storm victims - FEMA office opens today

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) will answer questions and provide information to those in the area seeking assistance from losses and damage from the April ice storm.

A mobile disaster recovery center is open today through Thursday at the Wallington Fire Hall, 7863 Ridge Rd., Sodus. The office will be open each day from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

You can register for disaster relief by calling the FEMA helpline at 1.800.621.FEMA (1.800.621.3362). The phone lines are open seven days a week, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
