Register for Lyons reading program

Registration for the Lyons Public Library's 2003 adult summer reading program Picture This, Imagine That is now through June 28. Adults are encouraged to participate in the reading club, which runs from June 29 to August 9.

Participants need to make sure that they have a new OWWL card when they register. This year participants will set their own reading goals for each week. Participants will fill out a form with their name and phone number and bring it to the library each week in order to be eligible for the weekly prize drawing, which will be a $10 gift certificate from a local merchant. Only people who have read for all six weeks are eligible for the grand prize, which is a $25 gift certificate to the Bridge Tavern. For more information, call 946.9262.
