Guys and Dolls in Lyons Haul out those hymnals, dust off those dice! The musical Guys and Dolls will be presented March 13-15 at Lyons High School. The show is set in the colorful world of New York City, populated by gamblers, nightclub singers and the hard-working Mission folk. New this year is the addition of a fourth performance, a Saturday matinee. The performance dates and times:
Tickets are $7 for reserved seats, $5 general addmission, $4 students and seniors. (Tickets are $1 more at the door.) All seating for the Saturday matinee will be general admission. On occasion in the past, the cast and crew of the musical have used the musical to help out local charitable organizations, collecting pajamas one year and canned food another. The students this year are collecting dolls, to be given to local charities for comforting children and to help with Christmas giving. Anyone wishing to donate a new or good used doll (please, no stuffed animals) may bring it to the auditorium foyer during box office hours. For information about the production, 946.3367. Copyright
