Volunteer Drivers Needed

The Retired & Senior Volunteer Program of Wayne County Action Program is looking for volunteer drivers who can give a couple of hours each week. The MILES program, Making Independent Living Efforts Successful, assist persons 55 and older with their transportation needs. RSVP matches persons in need of transportation with persons who are able to assist them.

Volunteers are needed to assist people with getting to their doctor appointments, therapy sessions, and other medical appointments. Public transportation is not always accessible to fill the needs of the senior population. Please consider giving of your time to help your neighbors.
