St. Mark's Faire Garden Faire

St. Mark's Episcopal Church Garden Faire will be held Saturday, May 17, rain or shine, from 10 to 3 on the church front lawn.

Free admission. Offering for sale ... Plant Market (perennials, annuals, hanging baskets), Bake Sale by the Church Youth Group,

Raffles: custom-made garden bench by Al Lipke, decorative birdhouse, shrub from Dittmar Nursery, handmade garden-themed Victorian doll by Gigi Parcero;

Musical performance by Newark Community Children's Chorus at 11 a.m.

Artwork on display by Newark Kelley School students; crafters selling garden themed goods;

Hot Dog Stand; flavored coffees and Krispy Kreme doughnuts for sale, along with tea and lemonade. Serving inside church from 10 until 2 or until gone. Convenient 'to go' cups available for those who want to browse outdoor market.

Pre-sale of geraniums is being held to benefit the Newark Community Children's Chorus.

Order forms available at the Newark Public Library, St. Mark's Church office, or any NCCC member. Geraniums are $2.25 each and orders can be picked up at the Garden Faire. 331.3610.
