Ceremony in Lyons for Jim Boeheim

The Village of Lyons is preparing for a visit from their native son, Jim Boeheim, Coach of the Syracuse Orangemen, 2003 National basketball champs.

There will be a ceremony Sunday, May 25 at 3 p.m. in the Lyons Village Park. The Village Board of Lyons is sponsoring the event and everyone is welcome to come and greet Coach Boeheim and his family. Please bring your lawn chairs so you can relax and enjoy the ceremony.

In the event of inclement weather, the program will be held at the High School on Clyde Road.
