Habitat home planned in Marion

Habitat for Humanity of Wayne County is accepting applications for a home to be built in Marion this year.

Applicants must live or work in Wayne County, currently live in inadequate housing, have an annual income between $19,000 and $31,000, and be willing to partner with Habitat for Humanity.

Habitat for Humanity of Wayne County is an ecumenical Christian organization whose goal is to eliminate substandard housing one house at a time by providing simple, decent, affordable housing for God's people in need. Families are selected based on their level of need, their willingness to become involved with the organization, and their ability to repay the interest-free mortgage.
