 Carousel program at Sodus Library
The Sodus Free Library will be having a family program at 3 p.m. on Friday, November 28. Bruce Fernandez, the owner of Rochester Carousel Works, will present a program on the Art and History of Carousels. One of his wonderful creations, Erin the Giraffe, is currently on display at the library. This artist is responsible for restoring 18 of the damaged Roseland carousel animals now in Syracuse. Mr. Fernandez' presentation will include a carving demonstration. Before your family gathers for those Thanksgiving leftovers, bring them down to the Library (483-9292) at 17 Maple Avenue in Sodus.
