Memory program in Williamson

'Use it or lose it!' is the mantra for staying active and healthy. Memory expert, Jane Buell, will present a stimulating program at the next Friends of the Library 'Sandwiched In' meeting on October 15 at the Williamson Public Library, one that will help make those brain cells fire better than ever.

Buell, a retired teacher from Williamson, has studied what enhances memory and has developed an entertaining and challenging program to exercise the most important part of the human body, the brain. She will outline a regimen to keep sharp and stay focused in today's busy, and often overwhelming, world.

The program, which begins at noon, is open to anyone who would like to stay on top of things, with an active mind and an accurate memory.

An optional lunch may be reserved by calling the library at 589.2048 by 9 p.m. on Monday.
