Used clothing drive in Newark

On Saturday, October 25, St. Michael School in Newark is sponsoring a clothing drive. There will be a truck located in the school parking lot at 320 S. Main Street to accept donations.

The agency that will be receiving the items is St. Pauly Textile. St. Pauly's collects used items that are in usable condition such as clothing, shoes, linens, belts, blankets, etc. and distributes them to people in need located in the United States and Third World Countries. A donation of such items is tax deductible.

Any person wishing to contribute to this worthy cause may drop off bags of usable items at the school on October 25, from 9 to 1.
