Scavenging for food this Sunday
The youth group from St. Michael's church in Newark is sponsoring a Scavenger Hunt for Food this Sunday, October 26 from 2-4:30 p.m. within the village. Junior high and senior high youth will be going door to door asking for food for the Newark Food Closet and the Free Lunch Program. They will have a list of 'most needed' items to show at the door, but feel free to donate whatever you are able.
This community service project is a great way for the youth to give back to the community. Thank you in advance for participating with them, and for serving the needs of others.
