Jointly organized by the Rev. David Bergner of the Methodist Church and the Rev. John Eichenberger of the Sodus Reformed Church, this service will be led by a wide spectrum of Sodus community church leaders. 'In light of world events, past and present, many people have concern for the future,' said Pastor Bergner. 'We hope to give everyone a chance to express those concerns by connecting with the one true hope, Almighty God.' Prayer and music will help those who attend focus on world peace, victims of terrorism here, the fears of concerned people, and the strength and hope that faith gives. 'This is not simply a September 11 memorial,' said Pastor Eichenberger. 'We are hearing people call to God for wisdom and comfort in these frightening times.' Pastor Bergner added, 'It is our hope that people of the community will come together to bear witness to our God, who is more powerful than all the forces of the world.' The entire community is invited. Questions? call Pastor Bergner at 483.9718, or Pastor Eichenberger at 483.4026. Copyright
