Briggs baby takes first wagon ride

Fifteen month old twins, Brendan and McKenna Briggs take a walk with their new baby sister, Alexandra Joy, born September 3, 2003 at Rochester General Hospital.

Their parents are Scott and Cindy Briggs of Newark.
