Clyde Chamber plans event

The Clyde Chamber of Commerce would like to cordially invite the community to join them for an 'Evening with the Chamber' at the Smith-Ely Mansion, 39 West Genesee Street, Clyde.

The event will take place on April 28 at 7 p.m. Guest speakers from the Clyde Chamber of Commerce, the Village of Clyde, the Town of Galen, the Clyde-Savannah School District, and the CIDIC (Clyde Industrial Development Corporation) will be in attendance updating the community on ongoing developments in the area.

Also, several new businesses will be holding exhibits to introduce themselves to the community. There will be an auction of items donated by area merchants, with the proceeds to benefit the Chamber.

There will be a coffee and dessert bar sponsored by Wayne Rural Development, pastries by Alpine Bakery, and appetizers by Double D's Chat-A-While with the proceeds going to the restoration of Ely Mansion.
