Understanding legal documents Attorney Paul M. Ryther, Esq. will appear in the Lyons and Newark Public Libraries to provide an overview of important legal documents every New Yorker should be aware of. A public service project of the New York State Bar Association, 'Mitchell Rabbino Decision-Making Day Program' provides volunteer lawyers statewide to community facilities, senior centers, libraries and hospitals.
