Historical Society plans dinner Tickets are now available at the Old Jail Museum for the Wayne County Historical Society Annual Dinner Wednesday, May 12 at Buster's Red Rooster in Fairville. Guest speaker for the event will be Owen Hughes, a local artist who decorated the fuselages of WW II planes with paintings that came to be known as 'nose art.'
