Handbell ensemble will play this weekend

Judith Treisback, Music Director of Finger Lakes Bronze Handbell Ensemble, announces Sounds of Christmas - A Holiday Concert on Friday, Dec. 3 at 7:30 p.m. at Park Presbyterian Church on Maple Court, Newark. No admission charge; freewill donations accepted. Natalie Lemmon, a Park Church member, is in the nine-member group.

The handbell ensemble will play Dec. 4 at 7 p.m. at Smith Opera House in Geneva, with admission being $7 and $5.

Handbells and chimes will play sacred and secular music from medieval to contemporary. A bassoon and flute will also accompany the Bronze.
