Sunday, December 26 - The dedication of Marion's first Habitat for Humanity home on Eddy Ridge Road, is planned for 2 p.m. All are invited to this celebration.

Sharon Revard will be interviewed on WHEC-TV Channel 10 Noon News on Tuesday, December 21. This Marion resident wrote the children's book, Good Hugs - Bad Hugs.

December 11, 1941: - The mild weather up to last Friday has been a general subject of comment. Some late fall flowers are still in bloom, and many spring shrubs had started. Forsythia bushes were in bloom on Buffalo Street.

Thanks to all of you who visited the Ultimate Christmas Event at Hunneybears last Saturday. Hope you had a great time.

Happy 20th Wedding Anniversary to Paul and Jody Bender on December 22.

This evening - Family Roller Skating Party sponsored by the PTA, from 7 to 8:30 in the Elementary School gym. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

A new Pharmacist, Mark Hermanet, has been added to the staff at the Marion Pharmacy. Stop by and say 'hello.'

'Beginning Experience of Rochester' is offering a 10-week program for people who are grieving due to the loss of a spouse from divorce, death or separation. The program, at Guardian Angels Church, 2061 East Henrietta Road, starts Friday, January 7, 6:30-9 p.m. It will consist of discussion on the book Rebuilding When Your Relationship Ends.
