Sodus Chamber meeting Feb. 12

The Sodus Chamber of Commerce will host a free encore presentation of Sodus Economic Development by Sharon Lilla from Wayne County Planning at 8 a.m. February 12, at the Sodus WCTA Credit Union on Benton Place. It will be open to the public and a continental breakfast will be served.

The presentation was given last November and the Chamber received many requests to repeat it. It was felt that a morning meeting would enable more of the public to attend.

The presentation points out the many strengths and also the deficiencies of Sodus. Some of the details on how the master plan will be accomplished will also be discussed. A question and answer period will follow the slide presentation.

It is important that all members of the community, not just Chamber members, be aware of the plans and strategies for our township and vicinity . The presentation is free and open to the public but reservations are needed since seating is limited.
