Jan. 31 events for children, at the Old Jail

The January 31 session of Saturdays at the Museum starts at 10:30 a.m. In 90-minute class, designed for children ages 6-12, participants will learn about early medicine, and make some home remedies.

The fee is $3 for Historical Society members and $4 for non-members. One dollar less will be charged for additional children from the same family. Saturday Krafts at the Old Jail Museum starts at 1 p.m. on Jan. 31. Youths ages 6- 12 will use a PVC pipe and some felt to make 'Shorty the Snowman.'
