The Parish Council at St. Gregory's and St. Anne's thanks Penny Balch, Jean Bovet, and Linda Wilsea for three years of faithful service. Your unique gifts have inspired the entire Cluster Community.

The Cluster is looking forward to the arrival of Fr. Jim Jaeger, who took over the pastorate of St. Anne's and St. Gregory's on June 29. Fr. Jim comes from the Roman Catholic Faith Community of the Canisteo Valley.

Pastor Donald and Judy White entertained family members from out of town, over the weekend in honor of their daughter, Leah's high school graduation from Webster Christian School.

Be sure to let me know about your July 4th family gatherings.

Sue Stresing was in town for the weekend from her home in Mentor, Ohio, visiting with family and friends.

Nancy DeFisher was up from her Florida home to send time with her family.

Mary White McCabe was home at her mother's, with son Travis from Prescott, Arizona. Both she and her mother, Carrie, spent time with sister, Margie in Wilson, NY.

'Ice cream doesn't make you put on weight right away .. it takes a month of sundaes.'

JULY 5, 1945: Boos and jeers broke up a public meeting at Marion last Friday to discuss the future of the Branch Prisoner of War Labor Camp being erected here.

'I was thinking about how a status symbol of today is those cell phones that everyone has clipped on. I can't afford one. So, I'm wearing my garage door opener.'
