Seeking senior Reading Buddies

What are you doing on your summer vacation? Are you relaxing and enjoying the beautiful weather? Are you planning ahead for the fall? Are you recently retired and wondering whats next? Think about becoming a volunteer.

The Retired & Senior Volunteer Program is asking you to join the Reading Buddies program, together with the schools in your community, and read with a child.

If you are 55 years of age or older, you have a world of experience to share with others. To volunteer for Reading Buddies, contact Debbie Farnsworth, Senior Services Coordinator at 946.7530. If you have other interests or skills, RSVP has other volunteer opportunities for you.
