Ice Cream Social for East Palmyra School

The East Palmyra Christian Reformed Church will host an ice cream social as a fund-raiser for a community team which is headed for Nicaragua in February.

An ambitious goal of raising $9000 will start with this event, to be held at the fellowship hall and activity center of the church on Saturday, June 12.

Hot dogs and hamburgers and strawberry shortcake will be served from 4 until dark.

East Palmyra's largest bonfire will follow. A silent auction of goods and services will be ongoing throughout the evening.

The team is made up of members of the Palmyra Western Presbyterian, Webster Christian Reformed Church and the East Palmyra Christian Reformed Church.
