Bookworm Bash June 4-10 at Newark school

Lincoln School's Bookworm Bash began last Friday.

Pictured are the first graders in Mrs. Chambers's class, who had Kiwanis Club member Sandra Marcano as their guest reader.

Students at the elementary school had a collective goal of reading 1500 books in seven days. The theme for the reading event is 'We're Going for the Gold.'
