Actors needed for Lyons Cemetery Walk Wayne County Historical Society is recruiting volunteers to perform in the Sept. 10 Cemetery Walk that will be held at the Lyons Rural Cemetery. On the evening of the performance, as they stand near their counterparts' final resting spots, 12 costumed actors will describe the lives of some of the notables and notorious who once lived in Lyons. Volunteers will be on hand to lead tours, park cars, greet guests and sell tickets. Joan Harris, Society member, is chairperson of the event. To volunteer to assist, call the Society office at 946.4943, weekdays 10 to 4.
