Heritage Society making plans for Peppermint Days

The Lyons Heritage Society will meet Monday, June 21, at 7 p.m. at the Hotchkiss Building on Water Street in Lyons.

The program for the evening will be given by President Annette Harris and feature an overview of the historic structure report produced by Bern Architecture P.C. in regard to the preservation of the Hotchkiss Essential Oil Building.

The public is invited and refreshments wilt be served.

Members will also make plans for Peppermint Days.

Lyons Heritage will be open Saturday, July 10, from 10 to 4. Members will also have a booth at the Lyons Farm Market selling baked goods, coverlets, tea towels, gourmet peppermints, and reprints of the History of the Hotchkiss Company booklet.
