Child donates to Locks of Love

Five-year-old Nicole LaFluer donated hair to Locks of Love.

She said, 'I decided to do this so that other children could have hair and not be picked on by other children because they are bald. I went to American Hair, and Tonya Shelters cut my hair at no charge, because of my donation. My mother is Malynda Craig, and we live in Webster. My grandparents are Bob and Connie Craig of Newark.'

American Hair is downtown in Newark, located in the former Gilbert's building.
